Excellent Aftersales service

Last year, I purchased a JCB 20L jerry can & filler spout from Genpower. When using the can recently, I noticed that the rubber filler extension had started to perish & it subsequently split while using it. I called Genpower's aftersales department & spoke to Poonam Shanto. She was very helpful & after sending an email with pictures of the damaged part, within 3 days, I received a complete new filler spout, even though I only needed the rubber extension part. Excellent service all round.

I phoned Genpower to ask for advice about a lawnmower component. The person I spoke to, Poonam Shanto, was extremely helpful and called me several times to keep me updated,as well as sorting the problem out very quickly, thank you.

Terrible return/ faulty product

I ordered a Genarator which worked for about 5 weeks, after which it stopped working, I asked for a repair and they agreed to come and pick it up, it has been 3 over months and over 10 failed attempts to pick up the item, at this stage i have pleaded with the company to send me a replacement as it is my only source of power. They have tried to claim there was no one available when the delivery has tried to collect which is a bare faced lie.

Fantastic service from start to finish

Fantastic service from start to finish. Purchased a leaf blower back in 2021 which came with a three year guarantee. It suddenly stopped working with only a few days left on the guarantee. I contacted Genpower via email and got a prompt response from Soloman who sorted a replacement. From start to finish and receiving a new appliance it took 4 days and that was over a weekend as well. Absolutely fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted the help desk relating to a New saw that developed afault

I contacted the help desk relating to a new saw that had became faulty after a few days use. Solomon responded to my request and handled the case excellently. I provided details of the fault, serial number and some photographs. Solomon arranged for a new saw to sent out to me which arrived the next working day. Such a shame the saw failed but the back up support service was five star. Thank you

Genpower are a team you can trust!

Sanjana and the team at Genpower have been truly excellent in their communication and helpfulness with the issue on my hedgetrimmer. Diagnosing faults and even picking up the item for return, I literally couldn't think how they could improve! If only all customer service was so good ! Thank you!

Hyundai garden tools

After being so pleased with the purchase of a garden tiller ,delivered on time etc. I then got a 20v cordless strimmer which I cleared an overgrown patch in my garden. The lawn edging feature surprised me how well it worked. I'm now eagerly awaiting my leaf blower and from past dealings with Genpower / Hyundai I know I won't be dissapointed.
