Failure to Support Purchased Product Spare Parts

UPDATE 26092024: Following the post of this 1 star review, Genpower appointed a representative to contact me and resolve my issue. I'm happy to report I was sent a new battery charger under a 3 year warranty via Royal Mail very quickly. I still have a couple of questions open with Genpower but I hope to have those answered today. This company is the frontline company for Hyundai Power Products UK Ltd. I have tried to contact this company twice now by letter in order to request that my faulty battery charger model HYCH602 (60v); to which there has been non existent stock for ALL UK stockists for close to 4 months now is showing as discontinued. The company refuses to take back the faulty charger as they do not offer a repair service. My £275 battery lawn mower will not operate until this is resolved, the battery itself is fine but of course I can't charge it.

Find what you want from another supplier.

we have been dealing with gen power since April trying to get a small electric motor replaced under warranty on a sifter, NO one has been of any help to either us or the agent. The whole of the staff have been a waste of time, their attitude has been as if we have gone back to the 1950s (pass the customer on till they give up!!) Total waste of time the lot of them.

Purchased a planer thicknesses the unit was delivered on time had a slight issue with it . Got in touch and sent it back received the replacement yesterday and it is working fine. Would like to thank Solomon For all his help. The service has Ben first class John Wilson.

Mr Akhtar Saib of Genpower took over a complaint of mine over a faulty lawnmower, that had been running for 6 months to no avail. His personal intervention solved the problem almost immediately and common sense was at last applied. He handled a difficult situation very well and I am satisfied with the outcome.
