I ordered a new lawnmower but it was 'lost' by the courier. I contacted the customer service team and they were extremely helpful. Particularly Peter Whuartohe, my main contact. He couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now off to try out my new lawnmower.

contacted in regards to getting a replacement part for my Scheppach Cross cut saw 6 months ago, was told it was not in stock and they had no lead time. No offers to advise when it might be back in stock. then a request to tell them how they did a few weeks ago. Disgusting customer service
