Product Replacement was painless and efficient.
Poonam Shanto of Genpower handled my enquiry regarding a motor failure on my electric chain saw. Always efficient, kind and polite while arranging a replacement to be sent. The process began with an enquiry handled well by Craig Wiles but picked up by Poonam when I enquired about progress. Clearly Hyundai and Genpower have a no nonsense replacement policy where product failure is involved. It was a stress free process. Thank You
Wrong blade but rectified issue quickly
It was unfortunate that for my lawn mower there were 2 totally different blades and the one that I ordered was inevitably the wrong one. There needs to be explanation of this. However when I spoke to customer service, Poonam Shanto, she organised a refund and return label in a professional and timely manner. This made it less annoying.

Upon contacting Hyundai/Genpower for help and advice with my HYB 5200 52cc Leaf Blower I was directed to a Jade Shannia Canee [support representative] who guided me through the procedures in a very professional, knowlagable and pleasant manner

Slight problem with new mover. Resolved
This company supplies and supports sales of Hyundai Lawn Mowers. I had a slight problem with a new purchase. Grass box problem. I dealt mainly with a gentleman called Pravesh. He was extremely prompt, courteous and efficient in his email responses. It took a while in email communications to get to the end result. But got there in the end. If you don't reply quickly a reminder email is sent to keep the process moving.

Cross cut miter saw
I ordered cross cut saw via the net from their site. It was on Friday so it didn’t arrive till Monday morning @9.30. Opening up the box I found that there was a saw blade missing. So I called them up to ask the question about the blade. I spoke with a very nice lady named Sanjana who just sorted it out. Checked out the website and told me it was on order for me. Tuesday morning 9.30 it was in my hands sent to me by Poonam. Stress free day! Very happy and helpful 5 stars in my book! Well done!
