This company has had my money since 31st Oct 2024 still have not received goods Keep giving me dates then nothing happens do not buy from them I have now given this a deadline after that I will be in touch with my credit card company to get money back Absolute appalling attitude would not recommend to anyone

Purchase items with caution

Purchase items with caution I purchased two hyndai power products from this company, which I later had to return as one of the items was faulty upon delivery. The item was also of a lower quality than comparator's products. Nearly 3 months later I am still waiting for a refund on these items. Genpower says they've made the refund but if you go on my account it doesn't show. Also, beware, they take 5% off you if you decide to return their products even if you are concerned about the quality. This isn't mentioned at the time of purchase. I will never use this company again.

The gentleman Poonam Shanto was first class in dealing with my problem after I bought a refurbished rotovator and a part was found to be damaged, he asked relevant questions and he was able to quickly solve the problem, and within 48 hrs I received the replacement part, brilliant.

Customer service representative Jade was very helpful and resolved the issue quicker then I thought. Promote & effective communication by Jade also company provided free of cost service and repaired the tool within a week. Great service really pleased with it 😀 👍

Chainsaw caught fire

Brought a chainsaw and had to send it back within months for repair. Which they were great and handled very well. It then broke again with a rattling noise and flames coming out of it. I sent it back to be told they fixed it and it's all okay. Received it and within minutes it was rattling and and flames coming out of it again. Many many emails back and forth to be told they mechanics saw nothing wrong with it, even though I have sent videos of the noise and flames. The person I have been dealing with is trying there best but it seems the mechanics are the one dragging there feet.

Poor build quality. Two breakdowns in less than a year

Jade and the manner in which she dealt with me was reassuring and polite. E mails from other sources verged on the threatening and rushing and leaning more towards “get out” for the company. Considering this was the second machine to go wrong, Jade was the saviour of the companies reputation. Warranty poor considering circumstances and short actual time in use with both machines.
