Very good customer service and support. A lady called Poonam Shanto help sort my delivery issue when TNT messed me around. It was very easy to phone Genpower and resolve the issue I had with TNT which Poonam sorted for me. Stress and hassle free. Really poor experience from Genpower. I've been speaking with Muhammad Ahmad for over 7 months, and it's been a disappointing experience. They seem to care very little and have been consistently unhelpful throughout our interactions. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
