Received my first box, all the tops they sent were all the wrong size, requested an exchanged for the correct sizes, took several days for a response back, once i did, then i had to go through there exchange process, which took another three days or more, sent everything back as requested, waited for two weeks for the new box to arrive, the items received, were not what i asked to exchange for the proper sizes, and on top of that, they still sent the wrong size, so if what to exchange, I'm told I must pay to send them back to get the proper sizes, and that has taken four days to get this information.

I was fine with paying extra for the convenience and having qualified people help select clothing options. The Photos and Commercials look like they are great combos and classy clothing. Reality is it is overpriced items that look bad. I selected business clothing and got frumpy flannels that look horrible.

I have tried to cancel this service and they keep charging me and sending me new orders. Their customer service is nonexistent and handled by robots. DO NOT order from this scam company.

I have ordered two boxes from starlet and both boxes were terrible. I sent items from the first box back because they were nothing like what I picked I liked and looked terrible. The second box I sent the entire second box back and spoke with a new stylist. I gave them another chance to make it right. Again they failed. I cancelled my services. This company only sends the sales brands in each box and they don’t fit true to size. Most XL shirts the send fit like large or mediums. She I tried to address the issue their only suggestion was to keep sending bigger sizes rather than looking at their supplier. Very disappointed with this company and my experience.

They send the same 3 or 4 brands with each box. The clothing selection is almost always the same. Now I have 3 boxes of ugly clothes. In my initial order, they sent me a hideous jacket that I returned. I wouldn’t of been that upset until the decided to send me the SAME jacket in my next shipment.

The absolutely worst. I received two boxes from them. After telling them I don't wear khakis, they sent me a pair in my very first box; I returned them. They also sent me a pair of shorts that weren't my size. In my second box, they sent me another pair of khakis which I returned. What did they replace them with? A pair of pants that weren't my size.

Horrible. Tried their services only to find out the clothing is cheep quality and when I asked to return it they are saying I can only exchange my purchase. DO NOT use this service.

I received 4 boxes from Stately. The 4th one I didn't want and I had tried to unsubscribe from the service. The sent it anyway. When the charge hit my account I emailed them right away and asked them to cancel it and refund my account. They said "NO," but that they would EXCHANGE items or the entire box... but no refunds. This is a company that just takes your money and gives you crap. They don't read your feedback or your input and they really don't care what you have to say. Also... you won't be looking 'stately' because they never send you anything like what they have in the pictures.

So far 3 months into my subscription the 1st few boxes I had to make some adjustments and returns. The return process was very easy and they quickly made adjustments and substituted my items. The 3rd Box came today and every item was exactly what I wanted and fit very well. I think we have finally dialed in my style and they now understand. I look forward to receiving my 4th Box

100% SCAM. After 4 exchange boxes, I have one shirt that was worth keeping, and even it is very cheap junk. Their clothes look like they come off of the clearence rack at Walmart. The worst I have ever seen. After every box, they asked me to upload more info. Each time I did, it was compltey ignored, and I was sent another box of trash. Avoid at all cost.
