Matt was helpful and efficient, we couldn't buy a Focus e-bike locally but Surge Bikes sent it well packaged. It was easy to assemble following the instructions on their website and I have a happy wife enjoying her new toy! I will use Surge Bikes again :)

I had a "senior" moment and didn't check what days Surge Bikes was open when I ordered a Tern Vektron from them. Planning to pick my new bike up on my way from Scotland to catching a ferry on the south coast I only noticed they were closed on Mondays when I entered their details in my satnav. Matt went out of his way to help and arranged to be at his shop at a pre-arranged time so I could.puck up the new bike and still catch my ferry. Service abive and beyond.

Dropped my Orbea Vibe H30 which I purchased from Sigma Sports for a diagnosis due to an mechanical issue with the bike. Surge managed to identify the issue and fix the problem with my bike within 4 days despite being closed for 2 of these. Where sigma sports refused to have a look at my bike due to inconvenience, surge exceeded with their service. Bought an Orbea Rise from these guys after visiting. Showroom has a good selection of bikes to see and try. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me settle on my final choice. Delivery from Spain only took a couple of weeks and Surge delivered the bike to my door (Guildford) and ran me through main features and set up before leaving. They even threw in a set of pedals to make up for the fact that the price dropped a little after I had bought!
