If I could give Bravo Auto Cheltenham a 0 that's what it would be. I wrote a review a week ago saying these people shouldn't be touched with a barge pole. My son bought a £9000 car ten months ago, after 6 months the automatic gearbox failed. The new gearbox will cost £5000 to replace!! Bravo Auto not interested! The car has been towed 3 times after breaking down. In response to my review I was as to email 'tell us more' to resolve the issue. Guess what happened? Absolutely nothing!! This is the typical response from Bravo Auto. They do not warrant a 4 star review! They are not interested in any problems or resolving them.

I would like to Thank the Service Department for all there help when they found my tyre was damaged during my mot. The service I received was exceptional from the time my car went in for the mot to it coming out after my retest nothing was to much trouble. 2rd time I've used Bravoauto and would definitely recommend. Thankyou Guys

Dealt with Sobia when trying to sell my A4. Highly professional, efficient and overall really pleased with her service. Ultimately we didn’t decide to sell but she was understanding and wasn’t one of those typical pushy salespeople. Will certainly be using bravoauto again in the future thanks to her.
