Purchased a car in July 23 It was provided with new mot and we were told it was taxed and log book would be forwarded to us in a couple of days. We had Mot checked by our garage and was told they would have failed the Mot as worked needed doing. After several weeks finally got work done still no log book. Found out illegal to drive a car YOU have not taxed so it’s sat on our drive until today 19/10/23 when we finally got our log book. Towcester branch is a joke don’t trust MOT let you drive a car illegally home without log book or official tax and very unhelpful AVOID at all costs

Patient and listens

My travel to Shrewsbury was quite long, but Darren was patient in explaining everything in great detail. Not pushy, even stayed longer to address all of my questions and doubts. Fair enough, left without any. Lee and Dan were also friendly patient and explained other parts I was interested in. I felt being looked after. I cannot recommend it enough. Bravoauto will definitely be a place I look for my next car in the future.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I bought a car (Mazda3) from the Towcester branch back in June, soon after I learn the car needed new injectors which was fine. 3 weeks passed and after chasing up and still not hearing anything, they finally said I could have the car and then they'd take it back to fix it in a week or so. Fine. The car then went back for repairs and passed the MOT it had previously failed, 3 weeks later! I finally was able to pick up the car and not one issue I'd raised had been fixed, the mic still didn't work & the exhaust was still blowing out tonnes of smoke. I was offered for it to be repaired but after such rigmarole of trying to get it fixed in the first place I was done with dealing with the company. There was a total lack of communication and just pure lies coming from everyone I spoke to saying I'd get a call back, not once did I ever get a call back when I was told I would. I asked for a refund for the car and managed to return it. However, after 2 months I am still £300 short for the GuardX I was upsold and was promised I would recieve a refund for. Every single one of my emails have been ignored and everytime I call the phone beeps and doesn't ring so I can pnly assume my number has now been blocked. Absolutely disgusted at this company and the stress it caused me. So now I'm £300 down and without a car...

The weekend starts on Thursday afternoon

I tried to buy a £20k+ car from these people but they made it impossible! - I called Simran multiple times to book a viewing the next day but she didn't pick up or return my call (ever) - I followed up with an email - I tried online chat and was told they'd get someone to call me back but it didn't happen - After I'd already given up on them and decided to go for my second choice car elsewhere they sent me the video I'd requested (the day after I wanted the viewing) but didn't include anything I asked for - I never got info I requested on the car's service history - I replied to their generic email chaser asking if I was still interested, and my reply was bounced - I sent them my feedback (nice and polite) via their online feedback form and never heard back (if I had, I wouldn't have been posting this review here) If it's this hard to get the slightest bit of attention from their Sales team I can't imagine how poor their after sales must be... I only wanted to buy a car. Last time I looked the car had been reduced by £300 vs what I was going to pay. I guess they must be having trouble selling it! If their Sales team can't manage to sell cars to someone who's shown so much interest I can't see them staying in business somehow...

Uzair helped us purchase a Peugeot 5008! He was so helpful and very friendly! He was knowledgeable about extended warranty and wasn’t pushy with extras available to purchase. He made the whole process very easy and relaxed! It was overall a very good experience. We would be back again to purchase from Uzair in the future! Highly recommend.

This is buy fare the worst experience I have ever had regarding a car in all my years of driving. I will try and keep my grievance sort. Which will be hard. Before I start moaning bare in mind I paid over £18,000 in cash included the usual pain protection stuff they sell you. After just 51 days of driving my Peugeot 3008, the car completely failed on me, I sent the car back to Bravoauto Auto. It was at there garage for 5 week where it was completely stripped down and I mean stripped, because I had to get some stuff out of my car and Adam showed me where the car was so I took the opportunity to take a short video and some pictures, I did speak at some point to someone on the phone for an update and verbally the person on the phone said they are trying to fix it but they didn't know what was wrong with it, and It was going to be put back together and sent to a main Peugeot dealer. At this point I exercised my right to a refund under buy saying you have had one attempt to repair my car and you have not been successful therefor I wish to reject the car for a full refund. A couple of days later I had my reply, they told me at no point did they ever try and repair the vehicle, they only stripped it down to diagnose a fault. So you are telling me that they could completely strip the whole engine down to diagnose a fault, then after diagnosing the fault they would then put the whole engine back together without repairing it, they had the car for five week but didn't attempt to repair it ? This issues turned out to be a fault the in the end Peugeot decided to fix under a good will gesture, It needed a brand new engine. So here comes me next warning, it wasn't a one off, the Peugeot 3008 and 5008 with the 1.5 diesel engine are failing in there hundreds up and down the country. When mine went in to the main dealer my car was 13th in the queue, that was just in one garage. The final rejection for a refund came from a lady called Emma in there main head office, told me if I didn't like the outcome to contact the ombudsman, even giving me the web address to go to, wait for this on, I contacted the ombudsman and guess what? yes that right, Bravoauto and Inchcape are signed up the the ombudsman for used cars, therefor they can't do anything, nice of them to send me to someone who can't assist me. My car broke down on the 11th of April and i eventually got it back on the 12th of July. I was hoping at some point they might have sorted something purely out of good will regarding what I had been through. They did sort me out with some courtesy cars, but I dive an automatic because I have arthritis in my right ankle, but they kept selling the car I was using so I found myself going to and form Huddersfield and Halifax to keep swapping the cars, and 3 of the cars were manual, including the one i'm in now, yes you are now think, why is in a courtesy car now, when he got is car back on July the 12th, well on September the 12th the car failed on me again, AA guy did all his check including a battery diagnostics, virtually confirmed the car was shot again and It would have to be on the back of a tow wagon again on its way back to Bravoauto. I now tried to exercise my rights yet again, first I went with, the fist repair didn't work therefor I wish to reject the car for a full refund then because at this point I have had the car more than 6 months, and you have to remember it had been in the garage nearly 3 months of that, I said I believe the good you have sold me are not fit for purpose or not has you have described therefor I would like a replacement car at no cost to myself, This time the reply was that it was a faulty battery therefor a different issues so my claim was rejected again. Now I am stuck with a car I don't want and my ban account is £18,000 down. I wish I would of kept my Freelander now, that old car never gave me any issues..

Bought a car from these 4 months ago for £7500 all went smoothly, then my circumstances changed so went back to trade it in this week for a more expensive higher range model only to be told the value of the car was now £4250! Absolute robbery, at least Dick Turpin wore a mask. Do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere.

An unroadworthy car sold and not refunded

We bought our son's first car from here but it clearly hadn't had the advertised checks done because on it's first drive after delivery there was an engine rattle. I took it to a local garage for a check and they found no engine oil or gas in the air-con plus a badly fitted undertray. There was also excess trim in the back seat. The garage advised I return the car because there is no knowing how much damage could have been done to the engine from being driven around with no oil. Upon returning the vehicle there was little to no apology and was told I would need to wait until I received the logbook before I could get a refund. I went back with a note received from DVLA confirming my son was no longer the registered keeper but they still didn't action the refund. I phoned DVLA who told me the story the business manager gave me (that we were still the registered keeper because they registered my son twice) was not true. My subsequent call was not answered or returned. Pursuing credit card company for a refund now.
