Terrible aftersales experience.

So after been asked to remove our original review so they could have another chance at repairing the fault on the golf gtd brakes they have now had the car another 16 days (33 in total) and we are still none the wiser if it is diagnosed, repaired or even been stolen, on the rare occasion they do answer our calls we are told that no managent are ever available as they are away or sick or missing, maybe (KIA) who knows, VW PARTS system has been down for 2 weeks (bull) or some other lies. I am making my way over this morning to see if the car is actually there, and going to ask again for a courtesy car which we were told we are entitled to but are all booked out. I have been promised the car back and fixed by the end of the week or possibly a courtesy car. Let's see. Liars and jokers will never ever buy a car from these again and if you're reading this I'd suggest you stay well clear.

A good experience let down in one area.

The initial viewing and test drive arrangements were excellent. The car was well presented and accurately described. However the overall experience was let down by poor service on collection.

SHOCKING AFTER CARE SERVICE CHELTENHAM AND BURTON

Bought a car 2 months ago from BRAVO AUTO IN CHELTENHAM which should have never been sold. Issue with driver’s window. It’s been back into burtons garage 3 times now and the issue still has not been sorted. How hard is it to just simply replace the window motor? There is now water getting into the car so other issues will arise because of this. Damp and dew over night! Really annoyed and disappointed with the way I’ve been treated after the car has been purchased. BRAVO AUTO BURTON should be fixing this issue but have failed to do so. I keep getting fobbed off with the same excuses because they don’t want to buy the part and are trying to use my warranty to purchase a window motor. The windows seals also need replacing as said previously water is getting into the car and into the actual door. If I manage to get through to burton bravo auto all they say is “we will call you back with an answer” I never receive a call back! Absolutely sick of this now.

I’m actually extremely disappointed…

I’m actually extremely disappointed picked up a Nissan micro from the stoke on Trent store. I even mentioned that a tyre didn’t look normal. He said there was nothing wrong. Went to a garage who to,d me it was very bold and had some alignment problem. Air conditioning is also not working. I thought they do a car check before sending out a vehicle. I purchased from this company thinking that they would be honest and reliable. Extremely disappointed. Wont be using them again. They’ve lost a customer.

Warrington branch

Also Warrington branch bought a Nissan Qashqai in June had a stop/start system failure was told it was the battery, unable to get replacement. Now on the train because the battery has failed
