Want to conned by Bravoauto motors

I made arrangements to view Peugeot 2008 on 27th Sept and test drive, I left a holding fee for the vehicle and arranged to collect on 29th Sept, this is when my probs started, the salesman had taxed the car because it was a Mobility car and sig awwned me up for aD/D, which I did not ask for. They keep on insisting their is no Service book or drivers (short cut) for the car? I drive the vehicle home and find a front door key in the central glove box? The reversing screen on the vehicle is blank except for a car in middle, all sounds are working, the screen should be live? I now find that the vehicle p/ex is being offered for ,*£19300 despite only offering me £16300. I know what will be stated "Could have refused". The salesman did not give me any information on Warranty and breakdown, neither did he offer the Gap ins etc (which I believe) he has complete a form. 5th Oct, I have now received a road refund of 15 instead of 165. Also had the vehicle back for adjustments, someone has changed all the screen settings to read differently, also the valeted the car why I don't know why awe are missing several times, small tin of foxes and 2 Door strips 4 days old on delivery and items are missing? I don't know why I bothered with this dealership I have had nothing but problems. 6th Oct, I have heard from Inchcaoe Ho and have looked into my complaint and offered reimbursement and they consider matter closed. ps if you have serviced by these people, don't leave anything worth stealing?

Excellent experience

The Guys at Bravo auto provided an excellent experience when I came to view and buy my car. They weren’t pushy, allowed me to take the car for a drive myself and answered any questions promptly.

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience , sandra put me at ease with every question that i asked very professional and knowledgeable also went through the paperwork with ease. after purchasing the car she promised me she would personally check the valet and she didn`t let me down. i turned up to pick the car up and after 15 minutes had the keys in my hand ready to go home , the wife`s absolutely over the moon with the car . already checking the website for our next car from sandra .

A dire customer aftercare experience!!!

A dire customer aftercare experience!!! We purchased a Vauxhall car from Bravo Auto Crewe in September 2022 which included a year’s warranty cover. The car developed a minor issue within a few months so we dropped the car off to be repaired under warranty on 8th August 2023 to Bravo Auto Chester. To this date, 26th September, we haven’t seen it since!!! We have had no offer of a courtesy car as per the warranty promise. Nearly 2 months on and we still have no car and no explanation as to why not, which is putting undue strain on our family. We cannot get any answers or sense of urgency on our behalf from Bravo Auto staff or its Head Office. No one is interested. EW, a Head office representative, promised to resolve our issue 3 weeks ago. Still nothing!!!!! An extremely disappointing and frustrating experience…. never in our forty five years of car ownership have we ever experienced such a total disregard for customer service and after care.

I discovered the car had had repair…

I discovered the car had had repair work on the front and some respray to the panels. I was disappointed that the sales team said they knew nothing about it.

Great service

I saw my new purchase on autotrader I went to look at the car and was impressed by the condition apart from slight damage to the front bumper on the side, it looked like it had just scrapped a post etc. Everything else was in perfect order. I spoke with salesman RYAN who was very professional & asked if I would like to have a test drive I felt under no pressure. I eventually purchased the car with a promise that I would receive a little better P/X & that the cosmetic work was completed. I did & an excellent job was done. Collection was smooth and professional.

Above and beyond

We have had an amazing experience in your Towcester branch. From the first visit to collection of the car was lovely. Jordan and the rest of the team are friendly, knowledgeable and NOT pushy!!. We had a few hiccups on collection day, (Jordan day off, but came in for hand over) but he went above and beyond. We would recommend 100 percent.
