Great service from Derby Branch

Great service and great staff. Just bought a car from Derby branch. And cannot find fault in how we where treated This is the 2nd time as purchased from BravoAuto Where purchased last year from Halesowen last year and great service Friendly team and not pushy in getting the sale Rebecca in Derby was a great sales person and did a great job Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a car. Just find it’s easy to speak to them and be open with what you want as opposed to an App!

Amazing

I wasn’t pressured to buy a car like in many dealerships: my sales executive Kaleem was helpful, honest and knowledgeable. Moreover, the whole process was smooth - every query was answered; I always got a call back if I needed any advice so I didn’t feel concerned. Overall, it was simply an amazing experience at Bravoauto Derby and sales executive Kaleem is brilliant. Thank you, I love my Mini.

We brought our daughters 1st car from the Halesowen branch...Andy was really helpful and answered any questions we had with the car. The day she collected the car was on her birthday and Andy and his team made it extra special with balloons and a card. It was a pleasure to buy a car from bravo autos.

Worst car purchase experience

Purchased the car end of May 2023 leaving 3 months for to receive a log book to travel abroad on 2 weeks holiday. In September, we had to leave with log book still in progress with DVLA. It resulted being refused to cross the border on our final destination after 3 days of travelling through Europe from London. The car was sold to us (18K) with no actual registration (log book) as previously owner had it on motability. We was not told this and car was delivered with no green slip being handed and when questioned, we were told all was sent to DVLA. 6 weeks later we got the letter from DVLA that incorrect document was sent to them and to fill in V62. We asked Bravo Auto to do this as it was their responsibility to send off correct transfer of ownership. They told us they sent the V62 at that point. 5 weeks later we called DVLA and they told us that they never received anything and that car can not be registered to us as there is no previous log book. We then sent V62 ourselves. 4 weeks later, we found out that the car has been issued with log book on previous owner and that we now have to wait another 4-6 weeks for transfer of ownership to happen. Be very careful when dealing with Bravo Auto and ensure they show you the registration document for the car before you purchase it. Thanks Bravo Auto
