Visited the Norwich branch on Tuesday 8th Aug to look and Test drive a Skoda Fabia Monte carlo, I arrived there and the car was ready for me to preview and test, looking lovely too, test drive was great and said ill take the car. This is where the Norwich team deserve 5 stars, firstly id like to say a big thankyou to Chelsea Caplin And Alex, the help they both gave me was amazing, and they managed to get everything to fit in my budget for the car and the paint protection included, I am so grateful to both, as they have made my phurchase possible, when I thought I would have to wait and save more money up. Thank you! . On my collection day the car was ready and spotless, it looked really amazing I am so pleased with the car and in the colour Iv been wanting for a few years too. The hand over was brilliant 1st class, everything was sorted paperwork the lot, within 40 mins I was out the door on the road amazing service. It just leaves me to say a big massive THANKYOU !! And keep up the good work team Norwich🙂🙂.

I collected my car from this company on August 8th. I had travelled up to collect before the car was actually ready and Steve pulled out all the stops to try and speed this up for me. He was professional and explained everything to do with the car with real expert knowledge. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible company, I telephoned at 8.33 this morning. For a nissan qashqai. I spoke to a sale advisor called tegan, who advised me that I could view the car but not till after her meeting at 11 had finished. We agreed 12 o clock. Her words were " I will fuel the car and keep it to one side for you " I asked if I needed to leave a deposit and her response was come and see the car first Fast forward to 11.40am I was 5 minutes away from the dealership. I got a phone saying that the car has sold. Luckily I only live 40 minutes away, I spoke to the manager called Alex who didn't care that I had a wasted journey. I would avoid at all cost, I dread to think if I had travelled from Cornwall a 7 hour journey one way. To be told yeah it's sold bye!!! A bunch of cowboys and a total waste of time.

The sale of the car was fine, the sales man polite. However the system that is used to deliver a vehicle is shambolic. They use a bidding system for outside contractors, we had paid for the car and it was sat for nearly a week at the dealership as no contractors bid on the delivery. In the end we had to drive over half way to meet a bravo auto mechanic to collect our car. I was meant to be refunded the £99 delivery charge but after nearly 8 weeks of waiting, I still have not had this back!!!!! How can you do business like this?

Just want to say a HUGE thank you to Mo in the guildford branch. Who has helped me from the start of my phone call to the handing over the keys. He really has show empathy and how valuable I really am as a customer. He understood my hard work and how I saved my money to get the car. He didn't try to sell me extra things, gave me the option to chosen. Since my last 5 car changes, I have never come across someone so humble and helpful. For me and my noisy family (kids) he went over and beyond, offered coffee and tea for my parents and hot chocolate to my kids. Really felt like a 5 star service. If there was 7 stars, I definitely would have given that. Really happy with car. If I was to recommend anyone. It would be Mo at Bravoauto Guildford.
