Really great experience start to finish. Alex understood we were 350 miles away and we still got everything done and cleared and the car delivered in 5 days. He explained everything very clearly. I have rarely been so impressed at the sales being honest and open. Would very much happily buy another car from the. I'd even send my mum to them!
Dont know the law on distance sales!
Found an Audi TT on there website which fitted the bill. Paid the £99 deposit. Called them next day to discuss the car. Shown a video walk round of the vehicle which showed a large scuff on rear panel. They said this would be sorted, no problem. This is when I said to them that because this was a distance sale with the car being delivered to me , if i was not happy with the vehicle i could return it for what ever reason. This is when the salesman turned and said " You cant do that" its a swap only! I said that is not the case which he said " OK lets cancel the sale! They even have a vehicle distance return form on their website! Complained to the custom care team- no response! Asked for deposit back - no reply! Meassage to James Oneil salesman at chester, check the law on distance sales of vehicles!

Amazing service from Ian Brown at Warrington. From initial email enquiry Saturday I had all the info I needed by email and personalised video within 30 mins. Viewing and test drive Sunday was given plenty of time to inspect the car at my leisure with no pressure. Finance arranged in quick order same day and Ian personally delivered the vehicle to my drive after a fresh valet on Wednesday. Quick, easy, efficient. Pleasant experience all round.

A great little car
After seeing a car at your Norwich location ,taking it for a test drive and then deciding to buy it had to be the easiest car purchase I've ever experienced. Lilly the sales lady was exceptional. Her customer service was second to none. There was no ounce of pressure tactics and before we knew it had agreed to a price and collection date. All in the same week!. To be fair all the staff we met at the garage were grea. Very pleasant and approachable. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there for my next purchase. Thanks for a great experience.

Customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Jade was brilliant, supported us through the process, answered all questions and was very accomodating on the collection/handover day given some issues with public transport. Car is brilliant - as described/advertised and the walkround video Jade produced was also of very high quality. Would definitely recommend Bravoauto Guildford Branch.

My review for Bravoauto has been changed following the poor service and aftercare that received - below was my original review on the day that I purchased my car from Bravoauto Warrington on the 7th June: I’ve just bought a car at Bravoauto in Warrington. I must say that Ian Brown provided excellent customer care and went above and beyond to ensure that the whole process was seamless. Highly recommended. Unfortunately in the days following, things dramatically changed along with my experience, hence the change of rating •7/06/2024 - car purchased •13/06/2024 - 1st issue noticed with car getting stuck in gears. I had to be towed home by the AA and I contacted the dealership. This issue appears to be intermittent but nevertheless very dangerous. •14/06/2024 - dealership picks up the car from my home - during this period there was much contact between the dealership and I via email and phone calls. They told me that they had road tested the car and couldn’t find a fault. I told them that I believed that it was an issue with the gearbox and had requested this to be looked at before the car would be returned to me, to which they replied that it had. •24/06/2024 - Car returned to me •5/07/2024 - problems arise again, this time the the gear stick is flying back into neutral whilst I’m driving, causing the car to stutter and stop in the road. I had to switch off the engine for a few minutes and start it again before I was able to put this back into gear - I contacted the dealership - I was very disappointed with their response. They said that I’ve passed the 14 day love it or swap it policy. I feel that they kept my car in the dealership to wait out this period so it would leave me in this current situation and stuck with an unreliable car which isn’t fit for purpose. •6/07/2024 - I raised a complaint on the Bravoauto Customer complaints portal. Initially I thought that they would fully investigate the matter but they did not. As it stands now, I have a car on an 5 year finance deal which is stuck on my driveway not fit for purpose. I am having to borrow cars from family and friends and hire cars to drive to work. In all my years as a motorist I have never experienced such disgraceful customer care as this. Avoid buying a car from this dealership at all costs.

Looking for a new car for my mum & came across Bravo Auto Norwich. Lovely spacious & clean show room with pleasant staff. We were looked after by Louis Rolfe who unlike most car sales people was polite approachable and very easy to get on with and explained everything we wanted to know about our chosen car. Although new to the company Louis was an example of how sales people should be when talking to customers like my mum who are potentially going to be spending lots of money on a nearly new car. Overall our experience at Bravo Auto was a pleasant and seamless one that ended up with a very happy mum driving away in her new car. Thank You

Firstly what exceptional service given from sales executive Ian Brown , who kept me informed at all times and went out of his way to finalise my car deal a total credit to the branch. There was no high pressured sales , and he even delivered my car to me with his colleague. I love the car and it was perfectly valeted and I was given lots of clear information on my warranty. Highly recommended!!
