5 Star service....No hard Sell...Would recommend!

Bought a Mercedes E-Class from here after putting my deposit down the day I saw it! I'm not usually an impulsive buyer but the dealership as a whole and the Sales exec Michael made me feel that I was in safe hands. Michael went above and beyond even coming in on his day off to hand the car over. All of the very minor jobs that I mentioned once were done without hesitation. The car drives like a dream and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this car dealership and in particular Michael to anyone!

Excellent service

Excellent, friendly, efficient service from Dave at Bravoauto Warrington. He was very helpful from start to finish giving me all the information I needed on my choice of vehicle. On the day I went to look around he was very busy but still found the time for me to test drive a car I was interested in. He made the whole experience easy, test drive, part exchange and the purchase, he was very professional and reassuring throughout.. Thank you Dave

I purchased my car 19th June 2024 from…

I purchased my car 19th June 2024 from your branch in Liverpool. The car is nice to drive, but I have several issues that have really made this experience sour and I'm begining to wish I'd never gone to Bravo.  I was told the car had £1700 spent on it since it was purchased, by a manager at the branch, which was a reason they couldn't move on the price.  I've asked several times what exactly has been done, but not got an answer and there are no stamps or receipts in the paperwork to show this work.  I was told the car would be deep cleaned and have a valet, this wasn't done and the seats have ground in stains on them.  I was told the car had a brand new MOT, this was not the case although the MOT had been done a couple of weeks before.  When I test drove the car the brake parking light came up as a fault and I mentioned it then and was told it would be sorted during the service and checklist. I have no service stamp in the book or evidence of any checklist done and in all honesty it seems that nothing was done between me ordering the car and coming to collect it.  I had my car valued by several other garages and they all valued at around £5000, except Bravo who said they couldn't go above £4400 as there wouldn't be much in it for the sell on. Considering the sell on price you have up is £7300, that seems harsh with what I was told. In the end I had said I only had £9000 to buy the new car and would need my car settling the outstanding balance (£5345). They agreed to give me £4400 for mine, wouldn't move on the £9000 asking price, so they said they'd get me the £1000 difference on finance. When I picked up the car I realised there was no spare wheel, space saver wheel or emergency tyre inflator and raised it with the garage by email and phone call multiple times. Nothing was done, so in the end I had to go in and personally and ask. I also raised the following issues and concerns with them: A missing head rest from the cars 3rd row seats.  4 wheel nut covers (I had 12 in the glove box, but should have had 16).  The valet. Spare wheel or space saver tyre.  Fresh MOT Service details or evidence of the stamp.  Details of the £1700 that they said they had spent on the car.  One of the biggest issues I have is that despite me being told my previous car finance had not been settled, I have raised over and over again as to why it's still showing as not paid off on my account, even though it's 2 weeks tomorrow. I'm still waiting for a response as I've been told it's all being looked at with the service manager, but I've not heard anything for over a week now. I have evidence of at least 12 emails that have gone unanswered and numerous phone calls made and fobbed off.  This is not the happy service I thought I would receive from a big company. Thank you.

First class service, breath of fresh air in dealing with Louis and Alex

Been looking for a Fiat 500 auto in white, low mileage. Wanted to deal locally Norwich. Went down next to the Norfolk Showgrounds. Got there another person was looking at the same car, bought it there and then. Louis looked after myself and my wife, gave us a great deal on the trade in. Alex sorted all the paperwork out with the DVLA. Can’t fault their procedure. We had a slight mechanical problem but was sorted with a smile under a great guarantee. Great deal on both sides of the balance sheet. Thank you for a great car and a great deal lads

Disgusting, appalling, untrustworthy

Bought a car in July 2022 and am only leaving a review now due to the long process of conciliation. The £12k car was returned on day one due to parking sensors failing. Two months later it was back due to a faulty sensor. After 12 months and less than 10k miles it developed a knock and the last straw was when it broke down on the motorway. I took it to WBAC as I just wanted rid and at that point discovered TWO mileage discrepancies meaning it was virtually worthless. Spent two days chasing Bravo Chester who offered me less that WBAC to buy back despite admitting they should not have sold it me…coming from Chris their Business Manager. I took the money despite being approx £5k out of pocket as I needed a reliable car and took them to the conciliation service who upheld my complaint. AWFUL dealership. Inchcape are couldn’t care less about how they act or treat paying customers. The final dealing of has was that I had to chase Inchcape three times to pay me the money the conciliation service assessed, despite their assurances I would receive it in “five working days”. I would urge people to avoid them like the plague. Dodgy salespeople, unscrupulous management, couldn’t care less attitude.

Faulty BMW

Came in and brought a car from you. Salesman Jordan did a good job to help me buy the car. Unfortunately the car was faulty within 2 hrs of collecting it, I returned it and the car was repaired at the dealership. Collected the car two weeks later. Again within 2 hours the car had gone wrong, checked with obd scanner and same fault exists, so car wasn't fixed. Returned car, and cancelled finance. Dealership has gone quiet and no correspondence has happened since.
