OVO are amazing to deal with. Firstly their prices are really competitive. I switched to OVO in October 2020 and the amount of money I have saved is absolutely remarkable. I am in the process of moving to another property and the online chat guided me though the process as I wanted different disconnection and connection dates (i.e. not on the same day) and I wasn't sure how to do this. And it gets even better where I am moving to I get better rates than what I am on now. Keep up the great work OVO and you will keep me and many move happy customers.

Just received an $800 credit and my monthly charge has dropped dramatically. I often use compare websites to make sure I’m getting the best deal. And I can’t find anything better. I’m a very satisfied customer.

Having checked with Compare the Market of VIC GOV I decided to sign up with OVO Energy partly because they will save me $400 a year and partly because they deliver 10% green energy. I waited on the phone for a while but got a phone back and had an efficient and lovely conversation from a staff member from a suburb close to mine! She confirmed that I could have the offer on Compare the Market and that as I had to rush off she could email it to me to complete in my own time. I did that in the afternoon, with a little help from Live Chat. So far I could be happier.

Ovo energy immediately responded to my request to apply a concession card, reduce my monthly payment given my usage and suspend the payments to reduce credit balance. The responses were instant and the support spot on. Very efficient and friendly! Highly recommend!

Excellent and quick response to my queries in regards of renewable energy. Would like to know though, if there is a document or similar that accredits the intake of renewable energy into the electricity grid.

Been a customer of OVO in two countries and both times have had a great customer experience. Always friendly and helpful, quick to respond to communications and make you feel like a valued customer. Cost of service is fairly standard, though I've been fortunate enough with billing reviews resulting in a lower bill. Definitely would recommend.
