Ovo Energy through their email address have responded to 2 queries of mine in an extremely timely manner. They have been proactive in their responses and have answered my queries completely and in depth including multiple follow ups. I would recommend them to anyone considering changing suppliers.

Cheap energy but the customer service is quite lacking. I was told that my bill would be adjusted after 3 months to reflect my usage. Still nothing after almost 6 months of being with them. Online account access shows little info, and is only for a limited group of people as it is under testing. Edit (1 day later): they are working on improving customer experience, my plan is now adjusted and I'm happy with how it was handled. Still there's not so much info on the online access, but it is still in testing so it is ok.

Customer service so far has been good. Transition to OVO Energy was smooth as they did all the leg work. Plus no shock bill by paying a monthly minimum, highly recommended!
