bought Jakobe cream vertical blinds…

bought Jakobe cream vertical blinds they are terrible one side only cream and when you turn a different way the are dirty white and look terrible I complained the chap was very rude and would not even listen to my complain didn't get chance to tell him 2 vertical were marked I asked to speak to manager he refused and put the phone down they have just lost the sale for a further 8 blinds thank God I did not order the full house

Conservatory blinds

I have just received my blinds for the conservatory and they look fantastic. I have had blinds from english blinds before but was worried about getting measurements right as it's quite a big one. I rang customer services a few times and they were so helpful and patient with me and guiding me through. They are great quality and I am goi g to order a couple more in a couple of weeks. Also they are so easy to put up would recommend them to anyone.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I have dealt with the same person from English blinds who has completely horrible customer service and terrible phone manners. Extremely rude and unpleasant individual. Hung up on me twice! English blinds failed to deliver the order and keep pushing the delivery date ( and they only do so after the delivery timeframe they provide has passed! It has now been almost a month and no sight of my Order of almost £700. No explanations, no apologies, just flippant disregard. I am now filing a claim with my bank to get my funds released as dodgy company won't refund even though they have failed to deliver. Whatever you do. Save yourself a huge amount of headache and avoid this company.

Nice blind but pity about the experience.

The roller blind I ordered I am more than happy with. The customer experience left a lot to be desired. The logistic company XPD are an absolute nightmare. Received the email from XPD, they turned up between the hours they promised and it went pear shape from then on in. They did not have the parcel with them but promised to return the next day in the morning, which they failed to do. When I tried to contact the company to find out what had happened and after being transferred from their customer services, I was unable to speak to anyone and their updated emails did not deliver as detailed. Parcel arrived on Saturday instead of Thursday. A long time to wait in your home for a delivery! I would be put of from ordering from this company as the reviews on their carrier leaves a lot to be desired and I felt that they company felt it was acceptable to say that most carriers come with "ocassional" delivery problems. Never experienced anything like it!

Brought 2 Blinds last month

Brought 2 Blinds last month, Had a problem with top slat after approx 2 weeks being hung, contacted Matt at English Blinds sent photos of problem sent a replacement Blind quickly would recommend English Blinds would use again well made Blinds.

Quality Blinds, Perfect size!

The blinds arrived exactly to the sizes we had ordered and were extremely easy to fit (so my husband says!) he had them up in no time at all. We are so pleased with them, they’re good quality and look great, couldn’t be happier.
