Am so pleased with the wooden blinds I bought for my parents house. They look stunning, great quality - my parents love them. Am already now looking at the fabric range for my kitchen. I was advised to try English Blinds through a colleague who had used them previously , I will highly recommend to others now also.

I can't recommend this company enough, they're so easy to deal with. They helped me through the options I had and the blind I ended with fitted perfectly and looks great in my living room.

This is the third time I have used English Blinds and have to say once again the blinds have fitted perfectly and look fabulous. They have finished off our new kitchen beautifully, would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality product at a great price!

Ordered my blind followed the measurements and ticked all boxes when ordering. Fast delivery however blind was 4cm short! Called the company and spoke to the most rude horrendous man I have ever spoken too. He spoke over me all of the time in a condescending manner blaming me for not measuring right, and then told me I was in the wrong . Most awful company I have ever had to deal with and I will be contacting trading standards! No one can afford to waste money and yet he obviously feels wonderful taking the money and swindling people!

I am full of praise for this company as I ordered the wrong size for our kitchen roller blind. We soon realised we couldn't have a blind sitting outside the window but had to be installed inside the recess instead. So, I emailed English Blinds to correct my order and received a prompt reply on the Monday from Matt querying my sizing, which I had inadvertently missed out an important 100 cm from the length of the blind. I must have been a nightmare customer because I also realised I'd asked for the chain on the wrong side and in the wrong colour too (I had left the default settings in the order by mistake)... so to cut a long story short, I had to change the length and layout of our roller blind about 3 times before getting it all right. Throughout this process I dealt with Matt and even after they had cut the blind to a longer length, they kindly chopped it down to the right length and didn't charge me for the extra or the inconvenience. My blind arrived a few days later and fits perfectly. Thank you to Matt and everyone's patience in getting this right. Excellent customer service!

I ordered my blind 2 weeks ago and the following day I received a phonecall from English Blinds questioning my measurements. Apparently they were quite small, thank goodness they did query this as I had entered my measurements wrong. My blind was delivered 4 days later and thankfully was perfect. Many thanks to Matt and all at English Blinds.

Will be as honest as I can first of placing the order through Paypal did not receive any email that the blind was in production or had been dispatched was only when we called that we were sent these, first phone call was pleasant. Secondly the tracking number was not provided to our email as the company states it will be on an email, as the gentleman kindly explained to me was my responsibility to do so by phoning up. Now here is the big issue they use a unreliable delivery company XDP Express that even though you update all the details to they can't find an address that has been here two years. Updated phone number and a road near to where we live to get driver in right location still no good and currently on three failed attempts so far. The company however thinks its acceptable because they have fulfilled there obligation of creating the blind and the delivery is not down to them. Great customer service there! My advice save your money and go to a Company that values the meaning of customer service and doesn't use such a unreliable delivery service. Such as shame as wanted to order some more blinds but don't want to go through this hassle again.

We recently bought some blinds from this company. Easy to order, was given a money off voucher which made the purchase even cheaper, i had a few things that needed to be changed with the delivery. Matt in the office was 1st class. He was so on the ball. Promising to sort the situation out and he never let me down. The blinds are great quality. Really pleased. 10/10.

Samples came next day. Wanted a new kitchen blind to replace existing using same fittings. Rang up, told how to measure and 6 days later the blind arrived! Fantastic service. They fitted perfectly, a straight swap. Am thrilled. Good quality and excellent value for money. Cheaper than I paid for my original blind! Good finish and actual fabric, not just a design printed on plastic like some samples I requested! Would highly recommend.
