Wir haben einen Luftreiniger gekauft. Nach 6 Wochen gab das Gerät im Betrieb laute Geräusche von sich und ist durch die Geräuschbelastung nicht mehr nutzbar. Das Problem wurde mit Video-Dokumentation an die angegebene Kontaktmailadresse geschickt - seit Wochen keine Antwort. Es ist jetzt meine 2. Negativerfahrung mit Trotec - meine klare Empfehlung lautet: Hände weg: mangelhafte Qualität, keine Kundenorientierung, Service total überfordert. Update 22.02.: auch bis jetzt keine Reaktion…

SLECHTE service. Bestel hier niets! Bestelling #DE-1001162255 - 14-12-2024 besteld - 17-12-2024 ontvangen - Retour gezonden in verband met defect 02-01-2025, door Trotec ontvangen op 03-01-2025. (Binnen een maand defect = geld retour binnen 14 dagen staat er op de website) - 24-01-2025 mail gestuurd: waar blijft mijn geld/ wat is er aan de hand? Antwoord: teruggave geld duurt tot 14 dagen (#465087) Die 14 dagen waren toen echter al verstreken, dus dat antwoord klopt niet en is onzin. - 27-01-2025 nogmaals een Email gestuurd. Wat is er aan de hand? Geen antwoord, geen geld. - 04-02-2025 Weer een e-mail gestuurd. Geen antwoord. - 07-02-2025 Gebeld met het klantennummer, telefoonnummer bestaat niet meer. Gebeld met het algemene nummer en na lang wachten een totaal ongeïnteresseerde medewerker aan de telefoon gehad die zegt dat die het nu aan de boekhouder gaat doorgeven? Ik geloof er niets meer van, de 14 dagen "geld terug" is een leugen, de enige beantwoorde mail klopte niet, en pas nu gaat het naar de boekhouder? Dit is echt heel slecht en het lijkt erop dat er iets enorm fout gaat bij dit bedrijf.

Habe mein Hauswasserwerk eingeschickt, das noch Garantie hat! Mail bekommen für eine Gutschrift am 10.1.25! Bis heute kein Geld zurückbekommen!!!! Angeblich wäre die Buchhaltung dabei. Ohne Anwalt wohl kein Geld zurück. Service unter aller Kanone….

Appalling service! We placed an order 24th October 2024, the heater we selected took several weeks to arrive, when it finally reached us (3 weeks later) the badly packaged product had parts missing and was damaged! This was reported and a collection agreed on 14th November, it is STILL here! Every week we are met with more hoops to jump through, additional paperwork required, EORI numbers to create......more and more excuses, and no action! I suspect that Trotec are purely stalling in the hope we will give up, leaving them with £1200.00 and us with an unusable broken heater! We were also met with an additional customs charge that we had to pay to receive the heater, however this money was refunded, albeit 3 weeks later! UK CUSTOMERS, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not under any circumstances buy from this company. They sent me a broken aircon machine. I sent it back (huge hassle with import/export proforma details / fees etc.) I tell them just to refund me. They say because it's a "business purchase" they won't do that so they send me another aircon machine - WHICH IS ALSO BROKEN. I send it back. (More nightmare proforma invoice detail headaches and packing and fees and associated costs etc. That was in November 2024, and now in Feb 2025 I'm still waiting for a response. the latest is they need more info. My guess is they will not refund (are they even allowed not to?) and around we go again.

J'ai acheté un deshumidificateur Trotec. Il a bien fonctionné pendant quelques mois puis un jour plus d'efficacité, plus d'eau dans le collecteur. J'ai écrit à Trotec (la ligne telephonique est en mode répondeur!!) le 24 janvier et toujours aucune réponse ni information sur la durée de la garantie
