Bought 4 x 4TB WD Red drives to populate Synology NAS. In stock and delivered next day, by 9.30 am. Whats not to like about that service! Drives arrived in original packaging and invoice detailed the actual drive registration numbers, so in the unlikely event of a failure, proof positive of purchase date if a warranty claim were to prove necessary.

Span.com was incredible. Their consultant Lucas and I exchanged dozens of long detailed emails on raid/nas/network design and I bought two large raid systems. They were shipped all the way from England to California, assembled and formatted. Everything came on-time and in perfect shape. Very professional vendor with superlative service.
