Great in store service and brilliant home set up from the engineer who came to set the TV up for us. We trust Dacombes and will always use them for purchasing large electric items.

From the advice given at the shop to the delivery and installation of the fridge, we received excellent service. Joe and Ed came up against a few problems but they were polite, courteous and hard working. They went over and above to make sure everything was right and explained how things worked. In the space of two weeks we've had to replace our built in fridge freezer and dishwasher. Dacombe's have been brilliant with prompt delivery, installation and taking away the redundant machines.

I went on line to look for a Bosch integral washing machine as my old one of over 10 years had broken. Daccombes were very competitive in price and they said they could deliver within two days without a delivery charge. True to their word they delivered the washing machine and collected the old one for a small fee. Excellent service from the staff and a local business that gives real customer service. Thank you.

We couldn't fault the service that we received, nothing was too much trouble. We wanted a fridge freezer which wasn't too deep, they were very well informed of their appliances and we found just the right one. We also wanted a washing machine, we were advised on the various brands and their capabilities, it made our choice very easy. Then the oven and combination oven, again good advice and also told about a kit to make it look like one unit despite being two appliances. We were put under no pressure, we visited the showroom, got the information and went home and thought about our requirements and when we were ready to order we returned and we were given a very good price. The delivery service was also excellent, we were called to say we were the next delivery. We will certainly recommend Dacombes and definitely use again in the future, a very personal service.
