From arriving at the shop to be greeted and assisted by helpful and friendly staff to the very reliable, on-time and careful delivery and installation staff, the whole experience of shopping at Dacombes was a pleasure and one I will be happy to repeat whenever I am in need of a new appliance.

Great help on the phone from Mark, and super that he price matched the hob. Relatively quick delivery, and the guys were helpful when installing it. Overall, a good experience. I would use them again and recommend them.

The delivery arrived on time and the guys were polite and efficient. The freezer had to be wheeled up the drive, unpacked and installed in position. All done well.

I first telephoned the store to enquire about the various dishwashers I was contemplating buying. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable, helpful and informed me that they had one of the dishwashers I was interested in on display in the shop and was welcome to pop into the store to look at them.I visited the shop the same day and spoke to the salesperson. He was very helpful and took the time to fully explain how the two machines on display operated. His product knowledge was excellent.

Good advice in store, never mind how much time it took. Delivery at convenient time and installation for a reasonable fee, with clear explanation of use and advice on how to get help if any problems arise. A trustworthy company.

We ordered the fridge/freezer late on Sunday and it was delivered 11.30 the next morning. How's that for service!! Ed and Dan ( Van Drivers ) were so helpful, polite and efficient. I was very pleased with the service from Dacombes of Wimborne from the initial helpful customer service with Helen to the installation of the Bosch washing machine by Lee and Ed. Very efficient and on time. I will certainly go back to Dacombes for appliances required in the future.

Mark provided the information needed for choosing the integrated fridge/freezer and Ed and Dan a good job of the installation.
