Friendly and knowledgeable salesperson (Mark), guided us in the right direction with regard to replacing our hob. Didn’t have to wait long for fitting. The guys who fitted it were courteous and very professional who did a great job in fitting and tidied up afterwards. Very satisfied customer. Nice people to buy from, gave decent advice and weren`t pushy. Products were delivered on the arranged date at the arranged time by a friendly driver. The shop is out of our way but we`ll give them more business at some point as they were excellent.

Prices competitive with the additional bonus of 4 extra years warranty at no charge. Managed to deliver and set up same day where time was taken to fully explain new system. After recently having to replace my broken washing machine I had no hesitation in returning to Dacombes to replace my Neff double oven which I had since 2002! From the word go Paul in the showroom was very friendly and most helpful. The showroom was well displayed and stocked with every thing you could want.. I noticed a Ewbank cleaner and Paul said he could still order the iconic Ewbank carpet sweeper! As promised the delivery crew rang to say they were on the way and very quick to get to work. They had a step which they put the old oven on and came straight back in with the new Neff Double Oven. All the packaging had been removed outside and soon had the protective packaging taken away. My old oven was taken away for recycling. They gave me instructions on the controls and turned both ovens on to burn off the smell from the elements. Photos were taken of everything working okay and they advised me to register my oven to receive a 2 year warranty. They were excellent being friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend. Dacombes of Wimborne to everyone. Very well done team Dacombes.
