Sourced my new tumble dryer online. Selected a local company; Dacombes of Wimborne. I was impressed to receive a prompt phone call to confirm delivery in a few days time. Arrived punctually by a friendly and helpful delivery man. Refreshing to find a company who prides itself on high standards of customer service and delivers.

They turned up in the time slot, which was good,considering the roadworks around here, this is the joy when shopping with good local shops, obviously had done their local knowledge to get here on time! We have bought a washing machine, and television from dacombes of Wimborne in the last few months, and their customer service and efficiency are always 1st class. They were only here about 15 minutes, but I felt they weren't rushing, they worked quickly and very efficient, adjusting the little legs, so that the fridge freezer didn't wobble, then they went through the controls,but not in a patronising way, very pleasant experience, thank you .

On time and very helpful

Cooker seems to be working well and I have no complaints. The installation process was excellent. There were some problems that they had to overcome but they worked patiently and professionally throughout.

Dacombes offered a better range of good quality fridges than, say, Currys. And, unlike Currys, we received staff assistance from knowledgeable staff. We purchased a fridge and were able to arrange its quick delivery at a time that suited us. The price was competitive too. The staff who delivered it were polite, helpful and efficient. We have no hesitation in recommending Dacombes.

From good advice in store through to delivery and installation the service was excellent. The delivery guys were polite and clearly knew their job and listened to what we told them. The new washing machine was installed with no fuss, properly tested and things explained. We will definitely be using Dacombes again!
