Great service from shop to the delivery

Superb service from order to delivery to fitting. 2 lovely guys delivered new machine and were so polite, tidy and efficient. Would highly recommend Dacombes.

We purchased a Bosch heat pump Dryer. The technical support provided in store was excellent, which gave us confidence to select the product. The dryer was delivered and installed on time. The delivery team were very professional and provided further product support. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Good old fashioned service, no rush, helpful sales person, delivery and installation on time, good experience. Prices comparable with large chain outlets.Much prefer a good local trader to the impersonable chains. Dacombes certainly treated me as a valued customer although I had only needed to use them once before years ago.
