I have bought many items, big and small, from Dacombes over many years and have always had excellent service - with a smile! Whenever they recommend something, sometimes a name I didn't know, it has always turned out to be a good choice. All their staff are excellent - in particular Mark who is very knowledgeable and takes trouble to deal with any problem that occurs. Also Ed who has installed several items for me recently, taking trouble to "get it right". Always a 5 Star service.

Superb service of staff

We found the shop staff very knowledgeable and helpful thus enabling us to choose the correct Induction Hob. We chose to have the new Hob fitted by Dacombes, the fitter was excellent and careful in fitting the Hob. He also demonstrated all the operations of the hob helping to check which of our pans etc would not work on the hob. An excellent service all round.

My new freezer was delivered on the afternoon arranged. It was fitted quickly. I later had a query regarding a flap for the fast freezer section, which was answered clearly so I would understand. Very impressed.

Used this company several times. Always had prompt attention from a member of staff, who could answer all our questions and provide useful and correct information straight away. Purchased a fridge-freezer we had seen on their website. Delivery was arranged to suit, plus disposal of old one and fitting of new one. They came on time, worked carefully in our house, knew what they were doing and explained everything to us clearly. Cannot fault this company and will definitely recommend them.
