The machine arrived at its estimated time. We used it a total of 3 times and had some issues with the machine. We spoke with customer service and they seem to be working with us to resolve the problem. So far the service is great. I will update when we receive our replacement parts!

This is built more like a tool then a toy. Serious power! The legs are solid metal making it very heavy which is great when some women back up against it. Keeps it planted on the bed. Some reviews mentioned a smell from the rubber caps but I never noticed one. The one thing I didn't care for was when I unwrapped the metal poles they had a small amount of rust on them. Luckily with a microfiber cloth and some thin oil I was able to wipe it off for the most part. Not worth taking a star off. I've put enough use on it in a few months it's almost time to grease the rails again. That's right, this tool requires occasional maintenance. But in my opinion that's only because it can do serious jobs. I know with some cheaper toys they lack the torque to provide a realistic experience. BOTTOM LINE: It's expensive but after wanting something like it after 10 years I'm glad i have it.

i ordered the best machine they had on 01/28/2019 and now is 03/05/2019 and i still dont have it (i payed for ,,express shipping,,) my tracking number is showing that it alredy arrived... but i recived nothing (no box, no notification that i need to pick it up) i went to my post office and customs just to check personaly and they have no idea where it is... Hismiths support told me to wait a little longer... ok.... and now when i was dont waiting and i was really patient... i requested a refund... and from that point they stopped replaying on my mail and im unable to chat with their live chat support on their site. So they are just ignoring me... and i lost 700$... i feel scamed.. IF Hismith feels like contacting me... here is my order reference: ALRORVIFF

The order came as expected. And the machine works perfectly. Delivery was as expected. My order was missing an item however this was soon resolved with the customer service team and a new item was dispatched. Overall I'm very happy with the product and the service. I will be ordering for these in the future
