Cheap Chinese rubbish.....avoid like the plague.....customer service is none existent.....you have been warned

There was an issue with the product I received, but the support was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. The situation was not normal though, so I appreciate the help even more!

Company was responsive to questions presale via the chat window. Shipment was super fast. Even with a holiday in the middle I got it three business days after I ordered. Amazon couldn't have done much better. My order was missing an item but customer service was quick to respond to get the missing item sent out. As for their machines, I've only had mine for a day and only got to play with it a little but it seems solid, well-made and powerful. Also quiet. Can't ask for much more than that. So far my experience has been totally positive and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you're in the market for their products. If you're reading this review I assume you're on the fence and haven't purchased from them before. In that case, be sure to take advantage of their first time customer discount and save yourself a little $$$.

Wir haben die Hismith Premium Sex Machine gekauft. Die Bestellung war einfach und wir haben mit Paypal bezahlt. Lieferung nach Deutschland ging sehr schnell und die Maschine und das mitbestellte Zubehör war gut und sicher verpackt. Es ist sogar eine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung der Maschine beiliegend. Der Aufbau ging sehr einfach und auch die Bedienung der Maschine ist Selbsterklärung. Die F*Machine hat ein gutes Gewicht um auch den Stößen etwas entgegenzubringen und sie ist gut verarbeitet. Die Aufsätze sind leicht und schnell zu wechseln. Wir haben uns allerdings noch Adapter für Saugnapf und Vak-u-Lock dazubestellt. Wir sind mit unserer Bestellung sehr zufrieden

Update: Wednesday 24 October Received a replacement order this week. All seems in good working order, and appears to be a good sturdy product. Customer services have been very good at resolving the issue. ------------ My wife and I placed our order on Sunday 30th September and paid for expedited shipping. 1) the item was not shipped until 5 days after we placed our order. 2) We were told the item was in stock, so why the delay in shipping? 3) As at Monday 15th October, no order has arrived. 4) After investigating with ParcelForce it seems the parcel was incorrectly addressed (not our fault), so the parcel will now be returned to sender. 5) Hismith asked us to chase PareclForce - it is the responsibility of the seller - Hismith - to do this. ParcelForce advised that the parcel had been returned to sender, because the address was incorrect. Whilst the product looks great and there are some good reviews here, please be mindful of this review. We have now asked for a replacement or a refund. Update: we have been advised that a replacement order has been dispatched. Once received we will provide an update on the service and product. We should say that Hismith customers services have been very helpful throughout this episode, but it is still frustrating not to have the order as the package was incorrectly addressed.

I love this great and powerful machine! I am a crossdresser but I don't wanna see anyone in real life. So I bought it for anal sex. It was a little bit difficult to find the correct position at the beginning. But once you've found the position that fits you, its continuous movement quickly takes me to the best ever prostate organism in my life. Now I don't need a real boyfriend anymore.

Shocking experience. Paid for express delivery, shipped 1 week later so will not received as per schedule and will arrive over a week late! No communication. No support or help - only contact is in China. Have emails demanding money for shipping payment when I already paid for it. Completely outrageous and awful service. Spend a bit more and purchase somewhere reputable and reliable! I’ll be reporting this website elsewhere to ensure they’re held to account

Horrible Customer Service I was hesitant to spend $500 on a machine since there were no reviews on their website. Amazon had good reviews but it was much more expensive than buying direct from their website. I read their hassle free 14-day return policy and decided to buy. I second guessed myself, so I tried to cancel the order an hour after I ordered. No response, so I kept sending messages over and over. 7 days later they tell me they can’t cancel cause they just shipped it out, but I can return within 14 days if I’m unsatisfied. Im 99% sure that they saw my messages earlier and just decided to ignore them. Nothing I can do now, so might as well give the product a chance. When it arrives, it looked like a 3rd graders craft works. All the cuts in the machine were very uneven and there was glue leaking out from between the parts. Now I definitely want to return the product. I decide to give it a go before returning it, and the performance was not bad. The motor was very powerful, but it was very hard to adjust into the right positions. The adapter that held your toy also kept falling off, even when I tried to super glue it on. Overall, the machine would get 1 star. The motor would get 4 stars but because how bad all the other parts are, there’s no way this deserves 2 stars. Now here’s the worst part. I contact customer service 2 days after the product arrives and they tell me that their warehouses are overseas and it would cost more to return than the product is actually worth. Are you kidding me? $500 to return a 10lb box? There’s no way. Otherwise how do you make money by selling the product in the first place. If it costs $500 just to ship the product, how much money would they be losing. Obviously this was just a bunch of bs to prevent returns, even though they advertise 14 days hassle free returns on their website. I kept trying to tell them that it’s unreasonable, and that I can ship the product if they just give me an address, but they kept coming up with more bs like customs would cost $1000 and some other crap. Eventually they just ignored me and stopped responding. Well, lesson learned. Never buy anything from a website that isn’t very well known. Of course they are gonna say hassle free returns, excellent customer service, and whatever bs it takes to sell. Whatever happened to earning customers by making good products and providing excellent service. Nowadays it’s all just lies, false advertising, and scams. Whatever it takes to get money.
