Most easy and calming company I’ve been with , when I was very stressed out the professional and customer care was outstanding . 100% put the customer first made everything seem so easy and stress free . Terrible company absolutely no customer service skills support! Quick service up until they get you to sign then no response no hire car delivered. No response from contact what so ever. They sent instructions to a company that said would deliver car at 1pm that day did not arrive and took 3 hours to chase and once I did get through it turns out no cars for 72 hours they then sent my details to a different company who don’t service my postcode! Absolutely disgusting and a waste of time.

Disgusting unprofessional company I…so why have so many people had to go to court ! Disgusting unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They lie to you!,,,,,,, I was told this was a courtesy car. ITS NOT ITS HIRE ! I didn’t even use the car as due to car accident ( not at fault ) I had a broken wrist. I had 4 broken bones and in plaster. I called told them to pick car up as I could not drive it . They did nt and denied I called. Asked for my bank statements and £10,000. They are rude, when they recognise your telephone no, they ignore you ( admitted that on a phone call ) I could say a lot more. They are con artist, they scam you at the beginning. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, dealing with these so called people Stay away from them or regret it

Hi Thanks for all have you done for me during my case. When I had an accident on april this year, you take over my claim against third party driver. Although the third party drive denied the reaponsibily in this case, but you stood firm to represent my claim with the evidence that I have supplied to you. I knew that was not easy task, but at the end we win the case and I have been payed for the value of my vehicle, it is much appreciated for work and effort you have done. During this period there was an issue for me to get back to work in means of transport, but you stood firm to make sure everything going back to mormal, for providing a courtesy car for me which was really new car, throughout the claim period. Actually I do love it and would like to keep it, so thanks once again. I hope the car was collected without any problem, scratches or any form of negligence,because the car was looked after as my own. For this good service I have recieved from this company, will not hesitate to recomend someone to use your service. Thanks Jamal
