Once a figure has been agreed in writing it should be honored, instead of being fobbed off without any communication until they are being chased for an update. When a payment date is given verbally again that date should be honored if not a phone call would be appropriated. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Service was brilliant from start to finish

From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely fantastic. 26 years of my life and I really haven’t had better customer service from anywhere else. Tom was brilliant, and I did phone a lot as I’m a worrier. I was in my accident at 9am and 12:30pm that same day I received a hire car. The service was just absolutely brilliant. I simply cannot thank them all enough. They made the experience alot less stressful and helped me manage. I didn’t have to do much at all they all did it for me. And to say it was a hire car, it was beautiful…. Thank you so much again guys you did a fabulous job and I cannot fault you one bit. Smashing company!!!! I could write so much more about you guys … perfect

Spectra drive were amazing I had so much anxiety and stress when someone went into my car and it had to be written off but Spectra drive were incredible I can not fault them soo so friendly and helpful. Spectra went above and beyond on my behalf and my claim. They went out their way to help me out and sort my accident claim out. They were very patient and very persistent with my claim. Also cleared up a lot of confusion on the whole

Couldn't fault them. Provided me with a very nice car that was amazing on fuel, which in the current circumstances was a huge bonus. Delivered the car to me quickly, car was immaculate, very comfy and smooth, drove perfectly, then they picked it up from my home when they said they would. Even though my use with Spectra was due to a non-fault accident, their service was that good I would definitely recommend them.
