I purchased a Sage Infizz for…

I purchased a Sage Infizz for carbonated water - I did so due to the cartridge exchange program whereby you take your empty cartridge to a local store listed on the Sage website. I have now tried to exchange the cartridge and the 4 different retailers are out of stock with no idea of when they will have them available. I have contacted Sage who have thanked me for my patience but can not resolve the issue and wont allow me to return the product as I am over the allowable return period.

Meget lidt kundevenlig oplevelse fra Sage

Købte Sage barista touch- efter et halvt år gik den i stykker. Når en Sage maskine skal repareres skal den sendes, og man får lov at hente en papkasse i en pakke shop, aflevere den i en pakkeshop og afhente den igen i en pakkeshop. Ikke noget service der trods reklamation. Når man ringer til leverandør, er det umuligt at komme igennem, man får ingen kvittering på modtagelse, ej heller løbende info i processen. Man ved faktisk intet om, der går 5 dage eller flere måneder. Jeg køber aldrig et Sage produkt igen, det er simpelthen for besværligt. Jeg forestillede mig, at når man betalte 10.000 kr for en kaffemaskine, så foregik det en smule mere kundevenligt.

Bambino Plus malfunctioning on arrival, support team did not help

The bambino plus was malfunctioning on arrival. Wouldn't complete the initial cleaning cycle and the Sage support were useless at helping, even when I told them it was brand new and I'd never made a single coffee. I would call, they would ask me to send them a video or picture via email and then they wouldn't respond for 24 hours. I just wanted to get a new one shipped out, I gave up trying to claim my warrantee and returned it to the place I bought it. Their website also wouldn't let me post this review as it didn't meet their guidelines (not sure how) so I'm posting it everywhere.

Excellent customer service

My steam wand cleaning tool broke after 18 months of owning the machine, and I was initially just going to buy a new one, but instead, I contacted customer service, and once I'd sent them a photo of the problem, they immediately organised a free replacement. This is excellent customer service!

Video call helped me fix my coffee machine.

I had a problem with my Sage coffee machine. The customer services person was very helpful. She put me onto a video call and talked me through several diagnostic tasks. She was able to help me resolve the problem and my coffee machine is making great coffee again.
