Lost delivery replaced

I ordered an accessory for my Sage espresso machine and unfortunately this went astray somewhere and was never delivered. I raised this on their support number and was dealt with very politely. A case number was allocated and I received a confirmation email stating that they would try to trace the missing parcel. After a few days I hadn’t heard so phoned again, at which time the person I spoke to offered to replace the order immediately. The replacement item arrived a couple of days later and was followed by an email a couple of days later checking that I had received it. All very professional and reassuring. Thank you.

Gold star customer service….but!

I experienced an issue with my new juicer, but was very impressed with the customer service team (Aditi could not have been any nicer!) who organised a replacement very quickly. Thanks folks. Update: Unfortunately, subsequent to the above review (and below response from Sage), when my new replacement arrived, it too was broken and just wouldn’t work…not once. Given other reviews available online it appears the power switch on many Nutri Juicer Cold Plus products is indeed faulty. After wasting a month back and forth I have returned the second product and will receive my money back. Again, cannot fault the customer service…but I would absolutely avoid this model.
