Geniune warranty problem is hassle

Bought a brand new sage dose pro, but out of the box has a audible humming/buzzing while idle on the counter top. The amount of hoops you need to jump through to have it replaced has put me off. It was bought from a reseller once they sell you it they have nothing to do with you and you need to go direct to sage. Sage request you clean it (its 5 days old), next email then take a video of the problem. Once accepted they want pictures to start the replacement process of it from every angle, common I've just taken a video of the product. I would just buy from amazon if I was to buy another sage product. Faulty send back end of story. I think I'm going to buy Gaggia coffee machine not the bambino plus.

Issue with my 2 month old Oracle Touch, couldn't figure out what the problem caused. And I did't want to go back to the store I bought it, so contacted Sage (first in the wrong country), where LARS really helped me quickly. The machine didn't got warmer then 70 degrees and we tried to fix it by walking through some procedures, but didn't work. Lars asked me if I could send the machine back and provided a quick replacement machine. I'm really grateful for this service, cause now I'm drinking good coffee again :-) thanks LARS
