Problem quickly solved.

I had a minor problem with my new Sage bread maker. After a short phone conversation a replacement paddle was quickly shipped to me which solved the problem. Thank you ,great customer service.

Excellent Customer Service (eventually)

Following my original posting on this site, a very helpful SAGE representative spent an hour with me on the phone to diagnose the problem related to my Barista Touch and kindly agreed to replace the machine. This is in contrast with my initial approach to SAGE customer service that was not helpful. I will rewrite or complete this review again, once this process is complete. (today's representative was a 5 star unlike the original customer service agent who was 2 star)

Had 2 deliveries, where the box was squashed, and scales damaged. replaced twice, and third time lucky!! packaging department need a kick in the gonads, no extra packing in oversize box!! customer services brilliant
