Speedy service at great value. Excellent customer service when I spoke with the operator and the surveyor kindly answered my questions when I had the report back.

Our report was full off words like; could be? Might have? Maybe? Some but not definate. It was a waste of £467.00 Nothing definate. Half the house not looked at. No evidence to support claims. I could of done better with binoculars and a white stick myself.

Expensive , the person who came to do the job was very pleasant but he went upstairs without taking his shoes off and did not ask if I mind or not.
