Does not even deserve one star. Spends 5 mins looking around the outside of the property and devalues my house by £20,000 as the only recent sale in the last 5 years was my house that I bought for 75,000 as a QUICK sale and has since been refurbished. Yep homes currently through the STC stages on my street for 85 and 90 respectively. Mine valued at 90 for a three bed semi. New heating système electrics etc But since those two houses aren’t officially on land registry as sales have knocked £20,000!!!!!! Off my price! You went around the outside of my house for 5 mins! You’ve cost me a lot of time money and stress! The estate agents and surveyors are baffled as the home is ready to move into and all assured me it is of a 90-95000 property! Disgusting!

Quick to do the survey, polite on the phone. Quick to send the report back.

Staff on the phone were professional and knew exactly the answer to my query. The survey was carried out so quickly and I had the results by email within 3 days. Absolutely fantastic. I have used these twice now with no problems or issues and would recommend them to anyone without a doubt.

Absolutely useless. The surveyor was polite and unfortunately inexperienced. We have a property with an integrated annex which he failed to understand and advised it was two properties which it is not... obviously evidenced by the interconnecting doorways. This easy access apparently caused him to assume it was two buildings that were separated ?!? He did not ask questions but toured our property with an air of ignorance & this led to us not being able to do what we had requested. Very poor service and would not recommend especially if you have a unique property which serves as a main house with an attached annex..... family is important and this company does not comprehend the situation of a single built property which has been extended to meet the needs of parents & grandparents living in a dwelling together.

I was constrained by time and the estate agent suggested a local surveyor. I had a talk with him and went ahead with the survey. Later I checked in here and saw the reviews and I was bit skeptical. But at the I am very satisfied with the service. The report is quite detailed. It gave me the information I was looking for about the property that I'm buying. Overall process took a week from the first call to the delivery of report. I'll recommend for Central Bedfordshire area.

Utterly useless. Don’t bother using them, they clearly have no idea what they’re on about! Down valued a house by £30k despite local estate agents valuations - baring in mind they sent a chartered surveyor from a different county. Appeals process is ridiculous and waste of time. Once they’ve made up their mind that’s it. Avoid at all costs!!!

Unfortunately as with so many of these financial services you are not treated as an individual exited with the prospect of moving home or buying your first place. Instead you are just an email address and a reference number in the capitalist system and service economy of Great Britain. Another small cog in the machine of banking wealth and the home buying money lending which props up our system. My homebuyer report was carried out over two weeks before I received any notification with instructions to proceed on my behalf. How I wish someone could take the time to phone a paying client who at the end of the day is an actual human being with hopes and aspirations in this strange world we find ourselves in. The only positive is that they actually did act fast when I requested my report. In short communication could be better.

Do not use these sharks we have been under valued by 30k on our property so we lost our buyer. We then got another buyer who used unfortunatly these nutjobs who carried out a drive by valuation on the 12th september and again charged a customer £400.00 for doing absolutly nothing he did not even enter our property. From having our property valued at 250k and then loosing 30k is a joke. I will be fighting for our buyers £400.00 back. I will be taking this to the media and i will get the buyers money back through a court along with our losses as a seller.

Absolute disgrace. You have no idea about property markets in certain areas of the UK and yet again another under valuation mess up by a company that values a property in 10 mins for £400 you are ripping buyers off and killing the market. Yet another property of very high standard 30k under market value for the of area.
