Great product but we needed to reorder a larger size for our golden retriever.

Dreadful. The item was ordered on December 11th. I have returned a note guarenteeing that the item would arrive on December 18th. It arrived yesterday December 28th. You tried to deliver on December 24. Christmas Eve by which time I had left to spend Christmas elsewhere. You managed to ruin my Christmas. An explanation is needed and compensation required for the stress caused. Patrick McCalmont.

they could not guarantee i would receive my parcel before christmas but I received it on 22 December which i thought was fantastic as i only ordered it on saturday the 18th December. Thank you
