I was really excited to use this toilet…
I was really excited to use this toilet cleaner. Disappointed. Yes it foamed up the bowl but only half way up. It came nowhere near the rim. My toilet is not old and fits in a small area. Ended up cleaning under the rim myself. I used the foam to clean under it. This only deserves 3 stars because the foaming action was quite impressive.

Beware of delivery charge
It was a modest order of about £15 and I was about to complete when I realised it would cost a further 33% for delivery. I could easily afford it, but I'm not stupid. Amazon supplied a similar item for the same price and two days delivery instead of nine! I won't be back!!

Disappointing Service
I ordered four items on the 10th November and received your confirmation of same. Expert Verdict were efficient at getting our chosen goods to your designated Carrier, Hermes in a short time....but, that is when it all went pear shaped. Hermes seem to live in a little world of their own, completely divorced from reality, and certainly "your" customers. One item (socks) were delivered fairly promptly, so I have no issue with them. The wristwatch arrived via another source within a reasonable time so again I am not unhappy. We were given a delivery slot by Hermes for patio set cover, but then they sent a delay notice so it did not arrive. It did however come a few days later. My main issue is with the Radio Alarm Clock! The scenario goes like this: 12/11 Expert Verdict tell me it is with the Carrier 12/11 Hermes, your chosen Carrier, tells me they have it 15/11 Hermes tell me there is a delay with delivery, with no real explanation other than to say we will let you know when it is out for delivery. 20/11 Having heard nothing I try to ring Hermes! That was a waste of time because all you get through to is a Robot who does not have the capacity to deal with the issue I had. I sent an email via the webpage to Expert Verdict but have never had a response. Useless! 25/11 Still no further communication from anybody! So I ring Expert Verdicts Customer Care line. What a joke that was. I rang around 1300 hours on a Monday and the automated voice told me the department was closed now and would be open between 09:00 am and 17:30 pm Monday to Friday. Doh!! I then ring Scott's Customer Care line, and finally get to speak to someone. Having pulled up the details on her screen she tells me that the item is on its way back to them but had not arrived. When I asked why she said it was probably broken. I then asked why no one was telling me anything and I was told that was down to Hermes not Scott's. Remember this was 10 days after Hermes had told me there was a delay! After some debate the lady said she would reorder which she clearly did, but disconnected the call because she said I was getting belligerent. I was certainly getting frustrated because with your organisation it seems to be impossible to get a sensible answer. I then sent off a letter of complaint to Scott's posted on the 29th November, but true to form I haven't had any response to that either. The reorder confirmation came through with an order date on it of the 29th. Please note I ordered on the 12/11 and this is the date I judge you on. 03/12 - Expert Verdict tell me the item is with your Carrier 05/12 - Hermes admit to having it and tell me it will be delivered that day between 14:00 & 16:00 pm. 05/12 @ 15:46 - Surprise, Surprise.. Hermes tell me they is a delay but don't worry..."as if" we will be in contact tomorrow. Well the next day they repeated the delivery times and we did get the clock, but what a catalogue of disasters to get to that point. Hermes is supposed to be the Winged Messenger, but that lot are more like a battery Hen...All flap and no action! I really am disappointed with the inability to chase things up. If you purchase something you want to feel comfortable that people are contactable and will tell you the truth. I feel badly treated by Expert Verdict and Hermes in this situation and will think twice before using any of Scott's companies again.

This is a present for my wife, so unsure how it will perform yet! However, the delivery by Hermes left something to be desired! The deliverer did not ring our bell, but simply knocked the door. As we were out we could not respond on the Ring Doorbell and he just left it on the doorstep in full view of the pavement - captured on film.
