If there is a more useless company I hope I do not find it! Placed an order in November for Christmas decorations. Part of the order arrived and contents lasted for a matter of days. Of the 3 lights 2 are now in the dustbin and the final one struggles on. Was assured the rest of order would arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. Had heard nothing so phoned them on Friday just after 5pm and pressed 2 for customer service. Got recorded message saying opening hours were to 5.30pm. Message finished saying now closed even though no where near 5.30pm. Phoned again and pressed 1 for order. Told order was due on Saturday (the next day). When asking if that was definate told to hold on. When she came back stated that there was a further delay and would be delivered on 25th. I enquired that was she serious that there would be a delivery on Christmas Day and anyway rather late for Christmas decorations and so demanded refund. Told that this has been arranged so checking bank account daily.

This was an awkward order in difficult times but the company persevered and when finally the shoes were available delivery was prompt and civil Many thanks to all concerned. H.Holmes

We ordered face masks with express delivery to take on our trip abroad. Instead of being sent express for which I had paid £9.95 they were despatched ordinary delivery and therefore arrived after our departure. The firm were helpful and agreed a full refund, however I stayed in all day waiting for a collection from Hermes who never came to collect the return items. I would have liked to write a good review, the company were helpful on the phone, when eventually I got through. However I am disappointed that they can get away with this level of service.

Sick and tired of these awful review requests. You are doing your job!!!! Why are you expecting the public to lavish you with praise?

Yet again, Expert Verdict have let me down. I ordered a sweater from them. Eventually they told me that my item was with Hermes, their courier service, at the depot. Today I received an email from Hermes stating that my item is lost, gone, vanished. Wonderful . . . not. Take my tip and order from Amazon when you can. They are infinitely more reliable than Expert Verdict.

On November 26th I ordered 4 Items from Expert Verdict 3 have arrived but no sign of the goth item. Things I have ordered since have arrived. I have emailed Expert Verdict detailing the item with item reference number and order number but have had no response. I am very disappointed as this is part of a Christmas present.

Overpriced..cheap materials..not at all value for money. Very disappointing. In fairness to the company my complaint was dealt with politely and an agreement was reached to my satisfaction very speedily.
