Worst shopping experience ever, order was lost then arrived in separate deliveries..Total disaster

Beware ! This " Expert Verdict" business is part of Scotts Of Stow, Scotts & Co. Bloom, Gift Discoveries, etc etc. EXTREMELY dubious business practices! They take your orders and cash for items which they claim to have in stock ? Items are not delivered. They stall delivery by producing letters claiming delays? E Mails to ALL various branches of this business are answered by the Chloe ? She must be very busy responding to E Mails for ALL these businesses ? Is it not about time the authorities had a close look at this dodgy enterprise ?

Wrong item sent. Made contact but nothing back or acknowledgment

Waiting delivery from Hermes feeling a bit disappointed I haven’t received this yet Hoping it is as nice as the picture in the catalogue

Nothing is ever in stock, and they don't tell you it isn't in stock until weeks later, when they have delayed its arrival several times. If you manage to find something that is in stock, then the items themselves are very good. However, they need to change the ordering process so that you know instantly if things are on back order.

I ordered 2 boxes of assorted chocolate liquers in a crate at a total cost of £59.90 + 5.95 delivery. One box arrived safely but the other looked like it had been run over by a truck. I have emailed the company and received a reply saying they would be in touch within 48hrs.I sent the email on Monday 29th November and today is the 2nd of December and still no response. Terrible service.

I have bought items from this company on many occasions, and have received excellent service. They keep you informed of any problems that arise. The customer service is very good.
