Mix up with delivery. Parcel open on arrival. No notifications of when delivered. Can’t reply to emails

Nowhere in the advertisement did it say “we do no deliver to the Isle of Wight” it said only UK Mainland of which the Isle of Wight is part. The advert also stated “delivery includes assembly”. After much delay and effort a staff member got the item delivered but when I asked are you going to assemble now? To which the categoric answer was No ma’am we deliver only!! No-one could be sent to assemble, I had to arrange it myself. The item was a quite expensive 3 seater sofa bed because I wanted good quality both sofa and mattress and I will say the product is as I hoped it would be. However, the service was appalling with the exception of one charming and efficient young lady who did her very best for us but was hampered by management. These people need to review their advertisements and be clear in them exactly what the restrictions are, if there are any. Once before I swore I would never buy from Scots of Stow who are part of this firm due to late delivery etc and this time I shall keep that promise to myself. Never again.

I cannot rate this service as higher than 1 star as I have not yet received the item that I ordered

I got rather perturbed after being promised my order in 7 to 10 days I had one item within the 10 days and waited almost three weeks and three phone calls for the other item. Not good, if you haven't got the items don't make false promises.

Having waited for delivery for about ten days from the date of the order I was obliged to chase Scotts, who revealed that the packets had been despatched, but not received by the carrier, Hermes. The order was reissued, and the service was much better, but the reputation had already been sullied.

ordered 2 items 1 came in the time scale advised the other came a couple of weeks later and until 2 days before delivery i wasnt sure if my order had gone through
