Of three items ordered

Of three items ordered, one was incorrect, tried to follow return instructions which are incorrect, tried to return via Hermes at local drop off point but label supplied could not be accepted, phoned and advised that I would be sent another label and arrangements made for collection from home - no new label supplied but item collected - hopefully the correct item will be sent without further delays? However, I was called shortly after placing my review by the company who are looming to resolve the issues raised. Al last, a company which follows up with a positive outcome. Thank you

Difficult to place the order

Dispatch and delivery of the item happened within a satisfactory time frame and I was happy with the information provided on the progress of my order. However I found the website rather annoying while placing the order. More than once it flagged an error when I knew there had not been one. If I had not especially wanted the item I would have been tempted to give up.

Have still not received the watch we…

Have still not received the watch we ordered from you on 8 May. We did receive an empty envelope on 19 May and, after ringing to complain, another empty envelope on 11 June. Rang again to explain what had happened and we had a "we've got your package" notification from Hermes last week promptly followed by another one saying there has been a delay with no explanation. What's going on?

Poor service

Having placed an order on 21/11/2020 I was informed several times that it had been delayed. I was then told that it would arrive between 16 and 18th MAY21! This did not happen. I enquired yet again and was told that it had been despatched. Guess what!!! As my patience finally wore out I phoned for a last time and they agreed to re-order. Finally it arrived this week. Ido feel that little effort had been made to resolve the problem am now wondering how much they will put on our credit card as the original order qualified for their half price offer. Please note that I have used no rude words but this letter does not reflect my true feelings . Valerie Norman

Fry pan ordered Feb 7 arrived April

Fry pan ordered Feb 7 arrived April, but incomplete. Customer service line closed, Covid excuse, email reply at least 14 days. Return label sent and pan returned. Silence. When chased agreed receipt but said item was out of stock. Eventually was emailed to say likely date would be July, would I like to continue order or have a refund. Order continued. New pan arrived on summer solstice. Really pleased with the pan, does an excellent job of egg based meals, no sticking at all. So, great product but service needs to improve.
