Bradley came and demonstrated chairs to meet our needs(my husband has parkinsons disease) he was very caring towards my husband and myself and we ordered 2 bespoke chairs. They were delivered in no time by Simon 18 and Dave 19 who were both very professional they set the chairs up and gave us a demonstration. All in all a marvelous experience all round. Its our first day and we are really comfortable,

I bought a recliner bed and the delivery took longer than I expected as the first install date failed. However it was installed very quickly and smoothly today by installation team 2826 who contacted me in the morning and arrived as expected. My only minor niggle was that when they asked me if I had a hoover and I said yes and went and got it I had an expectation that they were going to use it and tidy up the dust caused by moving a bed that had been there for some time, not leave it to me to do. Perhaps an unfair expectation as they did remove the old bed and install the new one as promised but these little extras make all the difference between and 4 and 5 star review I guess. As I have not, as yet, slept in it I cannot yet comment on how comfortable it is but it was bought for its recliner action and not particularly for its comfort factor - I have every expectation that it will be adequate.

What a fabulous experience! We invited Bradley to come and do a demo on adjustable beds for us in our bungalow. My husband has Parkinson’s disease and he just cannot get comfy now in our 6 foot memory foam bed. Bradley gave us a super demo …showing us exactly what we could have… he was very well informed and I’ve gotta say Bradley smelt divine! We decided to go ahead (with NO pressure from Bradley)… and look forward to the bed of our choice in our colour and fabric being delivered shortly!

They arrived on time, very polite and installed product with minimum fuss. Demonstrated how to use product and showed us the relevant pages in the operator handbook. Thanks to Olly and Paul (29.30) for their professional service.

Craig and Jason were extremely polite and curtious when they delivered my new adjustable bed. They worked in very well together taking away my old bed with no fuss and installing my new bed. They knuckled down to getting the job done. I cannot fault them in any way, so its 10/10 to them both. I was shown how to use the bed controls to make sure I felt confident with it! I am extremely pleased. WELL DONE!! :)

From my very first telephone call right through to the installation of my recliner, every member of staff are a credit to the company, polite and nothing too much trouble. I received a telephone call the day before delivery giving me a time, the installation team ( Antony and Darren F ) extremely polite and helpful. I can now sit in comfort in a great product measured specifically for me.

Craig team arrived and both men were friendly, explained the changeover of chairs well. They were both competent, got on with the job and Craig explained fully the workings of the new chair. They took away all packaging.

Craig and Andy came on time and worked efficiently and quickly so that my bedbound husband could return to bed. They took away the old bed as well

Craig and his colleague were prompt and friendly. They explained the chair and were courteous.
