Bradley turned up right on time - spent plenty of time explaining the product - gave us all the samples of fabric whilst he brought in the demonstration chair - he made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the time he spent with us. Demonstration was thorough and well received - no pressure felt at all and we were confident in placing and order with him - thank you

I have recently taken delivery of a riser recliner chair. The bespoke chair was delivered in just over 2 weeks. The two guys who set it up ( Darren and Andy P ) where amazingly efficient and answered all our questions. We were given a thorough resumee on how the chair operated and were given advised about care and maintenance. I would highly recommend this company for their sales staff, quality of workmanship and the setting up of the equipment.

From the salesman visit to delivery of my chairs, it was first class. The chairs are very good quality, got exactly what I paid for, no delays and arrived on time. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of recliner furniture.

James and Mike who delivered my chair were nothing short of professional. They set it up and showed me what to do and were polite at all times.

Darren R & Ollie arrived punctually for the delivery of the Riser Chair. They were very respectful of the leather chair wrapped in protective polythene until being Installed into our property. Delivery to our apartment was not easy. The distance on a trolley wheeled from their transport to our lift on the 3rd floor, & the width of our lift, added to the complexity of the delivery, but it was all done with good humour & professionalism. Clear efficient instructions & demonstration of the made to measure chair were given before both men left. A very happy, impressive experience.
