From start to finish just a great experience. The initial visit with Alex was excellent. He had time to go through EVERYTHING. He spent 3 hours with us! Delivery was estimated at 2 to 4 weeks and they arrived in 3. We had a phone call the day before giving a time of arrival and they were early. Impressive. The delivery guys were very professional and took a 3 seater settee and an old recliner chair away, installed two new chairs all in 25 minutes! Even more impressive!! We cannot thank everyone involved enough. Alex, James and Lee - you are brilliant, professional and friendly. We do not give reviews of this calibre very often these days, so it makes a refreshing change.

My new riser/recliner chair was delivered and installed by Paul and Steve, who were amazing. Very friendly and professional, Paul went through everything about the chair with me, and I was very happy with their level of service. However, after 24 hours of use, I have noticed a marked squeak in the mechanism, both when rising and reclining. I have reported this, and am waiting to hear what someone can come and check it out (would have been 5 stars otherwise). Will review again later.

Darren and Stuart, two extremely courteous engineers, delivered and installed my new 3-seater sofa this morning. Very pleasant polite chaps, a pleasure to have them in my house. No mess at all, even on my cream carpet ! I love my new sofa too. Thank you very much guys. Denise

Bradley Jorden The Recliner Factory Advisor turned up on time . He was smartly dressed, introduced himself and then explained about the company ..he then demonstrated the chair , while I sat in it and explained all the controls to me . Brad then continued to ask me a few questions regarding the chair,which I found very comfortable . I was happy with Brad and also the price .

Excellent Customer Service. It has been over 3 years since we purchased our bed and it is in amazing condition. The only negative is the bluetooth remote controls could be a better quality. enough of that little nit pick because that is what it is. Customer services has been amazing no problem is to much. we did have a couple of issues with our remote controls which were sorted immediately. We also changed our minds about the massage mattress which was also changed with no issues. thanks again for all your team

The installer, Darren, who fitted our bed was very tidy. He cleared away all unwanted packaging and old bed. Explained how it worked.
