Richard and Brian the chair installers where courteous and considerate; they fitted my chair efficently and explained how to use it clearly

The two gentlemen were friendly, efficient and professional. Made sure they caused no damage while delivering the chair. Were very pleasant and well mannered. No problems whatsoever.

Unless you want to spend almost £5000 on a bespoke chair then i strongly suggest looking elsewhere, Not great at all, general waste of alot of money. Also if you do buy (i suggest you don't) make sure to read the warranty period, our form says 3wks. In reguards to the reply he was my mums partner not my father and we Did Not get told the warranty would be non transferable even though he was a dying man which you were aware of, if we had known that we obviously would have put it in my mums names instead as the sizing wasnt made just to suit him. Also as stated on the complaint discussion, comfort was not the only issue.

Order number SRC9262 2022 Our Installation Team Andy & Richard were outstanding, they were very careful bringing the chair into the house ensuring no damage to doors or wallpaper. They clearly and patiently demonstrated how to use the remote control to my 91yr old mum, ensuring that she was happy and understood what she was told. Even allowing my mum to use the control herself whilst they were there. Couldn't have asked for 2 nicer gentlemen who are a credit to your company. We even had a call the day before to give us a time slot for delivery.

Your team were very efficient and soon had the job done. I am very satisfied.

Andy and Jack were extremely professional whilst being very friendly and helpful, giving my Dad a full demonstration and making sure he was confident with using the control panel. They removed Dad’s old chair working cleanly and efficiently. Very happy.
