Order No SRC9105 Right from the visit at home, by Darren with a demonstration chair, four days after my initial e-mail enquiry, we found the professionalism of the Company of an extremely high standard. We had little hesitation in placing an order. Delivery quoted was 4 to 6 weeks, but actual delivery was 17 days! Richard and Brian arrived on time, and quickly removed our old chair, and installed our new one, as ordered, and took me through the operation details, and clearing the packaging. A truly professional performance all round, THANK YOU. The chair has met all expectations and cannot be improved in terms of value for money.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a leather recliner chair with a 4-week lead time after 6weeks chair arrived wrong material. Sent back 6weeks later another chair arrives wrong material again finally get a leather chair after another 6 weeks. Only for it to breakdown after 6months. Engineer comes out to fix it only to find out it had the wrong motor. Finally Fixed lasted 6months It broken down again have been waiting for them to pick up broken chair for 8 weeks still not picked up.

My new chair and sofa arrived today, both Brian and Richard who delivered and installed them were professional and much more importantly kind, friendly and patient. Alterations needed to be done onsite and these were done with a great deal of care to make sure that the chair fitted me well. I’d like to thank these two great guys for their help, their friendliness and for making it as stress free as possible. They cleaned up after themselves and took away as arranged my old sofa. Thank you.
