Brian and Richard delivered my chair promptly and efficiently. They explained all the features clearly and sited it in the most suitable place in my room.

Delivered on time (8weeks). Craig and his partner were very helpful managing to get my old corner sofa onto an already loaded van. Everything was explained well and payment was easy. Both items of furniture are as demonstrated and described, being comfortable and well made.

Brad your sales rep. came today and my experience with him was 10 out of 10... he was friendly, helpful, made me feel at ease.!!! He knew his job so well and I had everything I required to help me within the chair to make my life comfortable. Also he was very interactive.. I have had two other company this week and felt after meeting Brad there was no comparison with reguards to the presentation and the product for that reason I decided to purchase..

The men who came to deliver the bed were prompt and polite throughout. They wore masks during the entire time they stayed in the home and worked with diligence and good humour. They showed care and consideration for the needs of the customer and did not display any impatience with her questions or worries. They tidied up beautifully and gave clear advice on what to do in case of any future difficulties.

Paul & Mike delivered my parents furniture today, I have to say they were amazing, had lots of patience with my mum who is elderly!! Thank you

The only reason this is not 5 star is due to the length of time I had to wait for the chair to be ready for delivery. Sales man knew his stuff. Dispatch team under stress from lack of communication from the factory. Delivery excellent,nothing was too much trouble.
